Hello,

My Razer Viper V3 Pro wireless mouse has stopped working.

I own two Razer devices—a mouse and a headset—and each uses its own dedicated Razer receiver. The headset’s receiver works perfectly, but the mouse receiver does not function properly.

When I plug the mouse receiver into my computer, I hear the “device connected” sound, followed almost immediately by the “device disconnected” sound, repeatedly with no interval.

I have tried the solution mentioned in this link:

but it did not resolve the issue.

The software recognizes my headset receiver as a wired receiver, while the mouse is not recognized at all—even when I connect it directly to the computer using a cable.

This issue occurred suddenly while I was in the middle of a game. Changing to different cables does not solve the problem—even new cables that are confirmed to work properly with my Razer headset receiver.

I would prefer not to go through a replacement process, as shipping is inconvenient for me. I would appreciate any alternative solutions I can try.
