v3 wolverine tournament edition for pc , just got this, when i connected initially to my pc worked great, after a restart and i am assuming an update it no longer vibrates, have tried everything to make it work again but am now considering sending it back, now understand why amazon show is as a most returned item

Can you update the firmware of your controller by downloading and following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the vibration issue.
