v4 pro sensor keeps lagging/jumping

My v4 pro keeps lagging and jumping no matter what I do am wondering if i could claim warrenty on this.

    I understand that your mouse’s sensor keeps lagging and jumping. To help determine whether this is a hardware or software-related issue, could you please provide the following information?
     

    • Does the cursor lag/jump on all surfaces, or only on a specific mousepad or desk surface?
    • Have you tried the mouse on another computer? If yes, does the issue persist?
    • Are you using the mouse in wireless mode, wired mode, or both when the problem occurs?
    • Have you updated the mouse firmware and ensured that Razer Synapse is up to date? Does the issue occur even with Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? 
    • Does the issue occur with the dongle connected directly to the PC, or are you using a USB hub?
    • If possible, please share a short video demonstrating the sensor lagging or jumping.
