I’d try contacting Razer Support https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/ (you can try via live chat if this option is available for your country), but probably it’s the same as the aliexpress verisons still dunno if it’s fake or not, but it’s very suspicious, and personally I’d just return it and get headset from some better source.

Yes, I bought it through AliExpress… it seems to be original, but this code issue is very strange. I believe the best solution is to keep the headset, it wasn't expensive. Thank you very much for your help friend!
