Why don’t you guys specify that you’re sending the products from outside the EU on your EU website? I’ve ordered two mice being led to think that you’re having an EU-based store and now i’ll need to pay vamal taxes for them. If i would’ve split the order in two different ones, no such taxes would’ve needed to be paid.
Why? I need to cancel/return the products now and, funnily enough, there seems to be NO WAY to reach razer’s support on this matter. Such shitty experience...
