Very bad FPS - Razer Blade 15 (2018)

Hello, so I have the Razer Blade 15 (2018) with a GTX1060maxQ and even though it's not a high performance FPS card I have a big problem with it. Nearly every game runs in 5-6fps. I don't know why, because back then it wasn't like that. Literally every game is unplayable. My guess is, that all the games, for some reason, don't use or regcognize the GPU and rather use the CPU. It would be very kind if somebody could help me and maybe find a sollution. Also I didn't find any way to contact Razer and it's so weird. Kind regards

Have you tried opening the back cover to clean the laptop yet? FPS drops typically have something to do with temperatures, so you will want to look into thermal throttling. For now, manually set the default GPU per game then test. Send me the serial number if you get the same results after cleaning the laptop.
