Very low battery on my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro

For more than 2 years than I’ve been using my headset, I used to charge it only once in 3 days, and the charge would last very long, but now since a few weeks the battery has been very lowered.
First, when I check Synapse and i plug off the charging cable, it instantly goes to 80% battery, and I feel like I can only use my headset in wireless for about a few hours (2 or 3 probably, I need to check)
I don’t know if its related but, in 2025, I haven’t been using it much, so it just sit on my desk for a long while, unused.
Is there any chance it affected the battery ?

For reference, I just used it now, till it turned off (empty battery) and when I plugged it in, it instantly went to 10% then a few seconds after 50% again another few seconds 80%

I understand that you are having a battery issue with your Razer Blackshark V2 Pro. Could you please update your Razer Synapse software to ensure you have the latest version? 

Additionally, please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 

  1. Get the latest Windows update.

  2. Update the firmware on your headset if it is on the list.

  3. Charge your headset directly to your PCs USB port using the cable that came with your device.

  4. Make sure to fully charge your headset as indicated in your product user guide.


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
