Problem:

When running games such as cs2  on low settings, it can reach up to 120 fps while standing still and alone, however when any high settings just that the max fps is lower and I can’t seem to fix the problem. I’ve tried turning settings on and off including g-sync and anti-aliasing on both the game and within the NVIDIA control panel, nothing works. When things happen (other player in view, utility thrown or just in water) frames drop down to ~40fps for at least 30 secs. Same happens on were working fine a few months ago but now suddenly have very poor performance; average gpu temp 79C.Some of my friends have lower specs on their laptops but still run faster than mine. Graphics drivers updated, however cpu drivers not, which brings me to the second question: intel gives me this warning: ”Installing this graphics driver from Intel will remove customizations from your computer manufacturer (OEM)” and I’m not sure whether to update or not
