Very simple macro not working after Synapse turned off

I have problem with my Razer Naga Trinity mouse. I have very simple macro which should be used for rapid clicking left mouse button, like on the image below. It works just fine while synapse (3.5.1030.101917) is turned on and running. After synapse is turned off or after I connect mouse to another computer this macro seems to be working only if mouse is moving! Not all of the time. Macro is saved on device internal memory.
