This is regarding my previous case (No. 250413-000340). The issue I reported a few months ago is still occurring and has gotten worse.
Currently, the scroll wheel does not work properly, and I have to scroll manually by dragging with the left mouse button every time I browse the web — which is very annoying.
I’ve already tried cleaning it with compressed air, rolling the scroll wheel backwards on the desk, reinstalling the system, and reconnecting all cables, but the problem still persists.
Please advise on how to proceed with the warranty or replacement.
