viper 3 pro randomly dissconecting

New viper 3 pro when it's wireless will randomly disconnect for 10ish seconds then reconnect itself. Have tried updating everything switched the usb ports nothing has seemed to work. Is there a fix for this?

    When it “disconnect” does it still appear in Windows device manager or not?

    the mouse still is flashing like it is on but the wireless “dongle” stops, unsure cause im not able to navigate
