Viper 3 Ultimate not turning on or charging

As title says. After going to use my mouse it did not wake. I tried to charge it with the regular charging cable but no light came on. I let it charge for 30 minutes but still no light and it still doesn’t turn on at all.

Have you tried charging it using a different power outlet? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Viper Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
