Viper 8K bought today and worked fine for an hour, then blue flashing light came on dpi stage and all other lights went off, mouse is unresponsive and isnt recognized in windows anymore.
I’ve tried restarting my pc, a different usb port, other computers on win10 and win11, ive tried the firmware updater for the viper 8k but the mouse is not recognized at all, i’ve tried reinstalling synapse too, i’ve also tried holding a combination of buttons that apparently reset the mouse from boot mode however this does not work either.
any help would be appreciated as i’ve just spend alot of my budget this month on this one brand new mouse and it’s instantly broken on me.
