OS: Windows 10 mobo: X99-A/USB 3.1 processor: i7 5930k I cant get to windows lock screen with the mouse plugged in any usb port 3.0 or 3.1. What happens is the screen freeze before the loading screen (when the little balls spin in circles below ASUS brand image) and after having the option to go to bios so you are left with the static image of ASUS with a black background and mouse and keyboard disabled. The only way I can use the pc and mouse is restarting (or turn on) the pc without mouse and connecting it after or at windows lock screen. This problem only happens with Razer Viper 8k hz, usb ports or other mices work fine. I've tried reinstalling the mouse and all software is up to date.
