Hello, my mouse viper 8k stopped working for no reason. After working with it until dawn, the next morning I turned on the laptop, and the mouse no longer moved nor was it recognized by the PC or by Synapse, I already uninstalled and updated everything and there is no response. :( Hellp me!!

I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Did you also check in the device manager to see if there was a driver error? Please PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check our options for a possible replacement. Thanks!
