I just got a viper 8k, it worked fine for about 20 mins then both it and my blackwidow keyboard stopped working at the same time. I managed to get the keyboard working again by reinstalling synapse but the mouse still wont work. Its been suggested that i should download new firmware but windows doesn`t even see the mouse for me to install it. Any suggestions appreciated.
