my viper 8khz just randomly disconnected and now its completely bricked, cant be detected by anything, is there any solution

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I validate it in our system and can check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.

Was your device working fine before? Have you tried testing the device on a different PC without Razer Synapse installed to see if the problem occurs? Please PM me your mouse’s serial number and the list of troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far so I can provide other workarounds to fix the issue. Thanks!
