So i have the Viper for about a month now and this very strange problem. Windows fails to recognise the Viper 8Khz when i lift it up.
What happens is this: as soon as i lift the mouse, windows disconnects and reconnects the mouse several times in a row until a windows error message comes, saying that windows failed to recognize the usb device. However, AFTER this message appears, the problem stops.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the mouse drivers AND synapse 3 a dozen times now. I have a Windows 10 64 bit system.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx.

Try to perform the steps here and run the firmware updater from here. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you resolve the connection problem of your mouse.
