Hello, can someone help me? my viper 8khz mouse can't connect. I was playing games and it was working properly, just a normal day of life, but suddenly it disconnected. I dont know why but the DPI light indicator and the mouse sensor is blinking but it can't connect to my device. I already tried to plug in on another device but the issue is still there (Can't connect). Please someone help me, this is a different issue with the one that viper 8khz can't connect after PC/Laptop restart. I'm will be very thank you if you can fix my issue.
