Viper Huntsmann V3 Pro is not working properly

my Razer Huntsman V3 Pro is delayed and lags when im in any game. Only when i have razor synapse opened up, if its closed it works fine but, I have tried reinstalling the software and even going back to an older version nothing seems to work. does someone know what the issue might be?
