Viper Mini bricked

My Viper Mini mouse disconnected while I was writing an essay. The indicator light is off, but the red sensor is still active. I checked Device Manager, but my mouse isn't listed. I've never had this problem with any of my mice, so this is the first time. If anyone has experienced this issue, please let me know how you resolved it. Thanks in advance.

I've tried uninstalling the drivers, updating the firmware, and many other things, but nothing works. My serial number is PM2024H14804388.

Hey there, @Odroncept

Thank you so much for sharing your concern here regarding your Razer Viper Mini disconnection issue. Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. Additionally, please provide a video showing that the sensor (red light) is still active even though the mouse is disconnected and the indicator light is off.

You can upload the video and proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
