Viper Mini Disconnecting

I bought the viper mini recently. It worked fine for over 4 months with no issues, but one day I opened the pc and it suddenly disconnected without any warnings the rgb lights went out. it didn't work again ,so I thought this is a software issue .I uninstalled synapse and installed it again. It worked ,but for 5 minutes ,then disconnected. Now the mouse disconnects and reconnects every 10 secs in the software and device manager. Solutions I tried: 1-uninstalling synapse: worked temporarily 2- Updating the firmware of the mouse: Didn't work 3- Using the mouse without synapse: Worked fine until it stopped working again Notes: 1- It is not a cable issue: I tried the straightening the cable and moving it, but no results
