My Viper mini mice got disconnected when i was writing an essay it didnt light up but the red sensor still shows up. I checked my device manager it doesnt show my mouse there. I havent experienced this to any of my mouse therefore it was my first time if anyone experienced the same problem as i do please tell me how you solve it Thank you in advance

Try updating the Synapse 3 app so it can fetch updates for your mouse. In the device manager, update the USB controllers or check if there’s a driver under other devices list that has error next to it. Update that driver or uninstall it.
