My Viper mini mice got disconnected when i was writing an essay it didnt light up but the red sensor still shows up. I checked my device manager it doesnt show my mouse there. I havent experienced this to any of my mouse therefore it was my first time if anyone experienced the same problem as i do please tell me how you solve it Thank you in advance
i tried uninstalling drivers and a lot of things but, it still does not work, my serial number is 632035H14901159

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your Viper Mini’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
