Hello, I need help with the warranty of my Viper Mini, I bought it in December 2022.

The reason I need help with the warranty is that about two days ago the mouse started to fail with the right click, I opened it for the second time that same day to check the clicks, I exchanged them and the clicks were not bad, which seemed even stranger to me. The first time I opened it was to clean it. Currently I no longer have the box in which the mouse came, it is in perfect physical condition except for that defect in the right click. (I lost the plastic that came under the mouse with the serial number, and since I do not have the box I cannot look at it either :c)

Today 09/05/2024 when I make this request, neither my PC nor the Razer program detects the mouse.
