Hey, old thread was deleted for some reason but my RVMSE wont charge passed 0% in synapse.
I’ve tried factory reset of both the mouse and reinstalling synapse completely, different cable, different usb ports, wall socket, leaving it plugged in for 2 hours now and it won’t budge passed 0%. Hoping to get some help with this please..
Running Synapse 4 with updated mouse + dongle firmware. Problem occurred in synapse 3 too.
Hey guys, my RVM SE is recently stuck on 0% battery and wont charge any higher..
Ive tried factory reset, different cable, different port, charging via wall charger, and resetting with M1/M2/middle mouse and nothing seems to give.
I’ve left it plugged in for an hour+ and it continues to stay at 0% while “charging” in synapse. Any ideas?

I’m here to help. Was this working fine before? When did the issue start occurring? Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse prior to the issue? Does your mouse still turn on?
