Viper Mini SE wont charge passed 0%

I understand that your device's battery remains at 0% even though it shows that it is charging. To help me better isolate the issue, could you please let me know if you tried using a different power adapter or charging cable? Also, how long have you left the device plugged in while it remains at 0%? Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue: 
 

• Verify Windows is up to date.

• Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

• Verify the mouse is fully charged (use new batteries or charge Lithium-Ion batteries for 30+ minutes).

• If charging via a mouse dock, clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a Q-tip and alcohol.

• Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
