viper mini signature edition dongle problem that cannot be solved

hi guys, I am newbie in here. my problem is I bought a used viper mini signature edition. after using it for 3 months it cannot connect to the dongle and I have been using with cable around 3 moths.i tried everything. I am getting sick of it. biggest problem in my case is it is used one and am in turkey  as they said I cannot get dongle just because it is used one and as I said  im in turkey so can't order it. I can not solve the problem. live contact said that I need to order it but I can't cuz I live in turkey as I said before. I need a solution. am not sure if this case can be solved but thx.
