I bought this mouse a few days ago and am having problems. Every other mouse that I have doesn't have this problem.

Every few seconds when I am moving my mouse It suddenly just stops. Right after it has stopped I can just keep on moving like nothing has happened. I checked the hz and when it stops it drops down to 40 hz. Ive tried everything I can short of resetting my entire pc. Even on my tv I have the same problem so its something with the mouse. But the thing is, this is the second viper mini with this problem. What am I supposed to do?
