VIPER MOUSE PAD CALIBRATION NOT WORKING

So, every time I try to set Calibration in Synapse, no matter in 'smart tracking' or 'manual calibration', it only works for few minutes. After few minutes(random minutes), LOD will go back to default. I will have to set it again by changing the number and setting it back. I've tried to reset the mouse and reinstall the Synapse. My firmware is the newest. I wonder if this has occurred to someone else, thank you!
