viper pro dongle not working

i just got a new viper pro yesterday and tried to connect it wire less but it didnt work. i thought the mouse was broken so i went and returned it and got an other one. But my new one also doesn’t work. I updated the firmwell and tired everything. The mouse works when i plug it in with a cord.

    Dongle detected in Windows device manager?

    If yes, did you’ve tried to pair it again with the mouse?
