So I had the mouse almost two years and today I decided to play and the mouse isn’t connecting. It’s dead sleeps the dongles don’t work I left it sitting to charge. Nothing. Not sure how to file for warranty just in case the mouse is cooked.

Please bear with me for a bit. While charging, what color is the LED status indicator? Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the issue?
