My razor viper ultimate just keeps Shutting off for a few seconds then turns back on I have no clue what It is I cleaned the sensor but it still doesn’t work help plz

Please check if the behavior happens while the mouse is connected to another USB port or computer. Try resetting the Razer Viper Ultimate through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings too. Ensure that your device firmware is updated by downloading the file here. I’ll be locking this thread now.
