I bought this mouse a day ago and I keep running into this issue where the mouse just stops working for a few seconds and then works fine again it’s just very annoying while playing games and was wondering if there’s something I can do to fix it or if I should return it

+1Are you using it wirelessly? If yes, check if the same happens on cable? When the mouse stops, does the LEDs on it blink or do you hear any device connect/disconnect sound in system?
It doesn’t do it when I use it wired, and the led just stay on no noise or disconnect sound when it happens
