For a while now my mouse has been unable to connect to the wireless dongle. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all of my razer drivers, made sure everything is up to date, I tried using a different computer, and I used the pairing software but no luck. The mouse is no longer under warranty so I cant replace it. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When did the issue start? Have you updated the firmware of your Razer Viper Ultimate? If you haven't, please click this link. Let me know how it goes.
