Viper Ultimate disconnection issue

I have a disconnection problem with my 1 year old viper ultimate wireless mouse. At the moment the mouse doesn't work either wireless or wired. When I delete and reinstall synapse the mouse works for about 5/10 minutes after which it stops working and also stops being recognized by synapse. I searched on the internet for a solution and tried multiple things like updating firmware, synapse and windows. I also tried using a different computer but that also didn't solve the issue. My question is if anyone knows a possible fix or has heard of this problem before. Thanks!

This is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
