Viper Ultimate Disconnects and Reconnects Constantly

Hi,

 

I have a Razer Viper Ultimate that keeps disconnecting and has become unusable. I’ve tried it on multiple computers, so I know the issue is with the dongle. How can I get a replacement dongle?
