Hello. I recently bought a brand new Viper Ultimate. First of all, great mice overall. It's my 3rd day using the mice, it's at %70 battery atm. I'm not using lightning on the mice itself, just the dock, on battery level When I'm using mice tho, it just stays yellow static atm, not breathing. When I plug in the mice to dock, it's working as intended, breathing yellow for both mouse and dock. Is this how it supposed to work or does my dock have a problem? I think it should breathe as yellow too, while mice is not plugged in to dock.

    Have you tried updating the mouse firmware from its support page? Check if the issue happens while connecting it to another USB port or computer. Ensure that the Razer Synapse 3.0 is installed and updated too. Please check the screenshot below: I’ll be locking this thread now.
