edit: title should say dongle not dock, sorry.
i have plugged it into multiple USBs, deleted all drivers including using razer’s deep clean, tried on other pcs, and used every other troubleshooting tip i have been able to find and the dongle will not register on windows or any updating software at all. I know the mouse is out of warranty but is it possible to buy a replacement dongle? the mouse works perfectly fine wired and charges both wired and on the dock, i do not want to have to buy an entirely new mouse.
