Yes so hi. I decided to do my own post after digging in the countless forums here about the same problem. I’ve taken all advice the Forums have given me with no luck at all. I love my Viper Ultimate and I will not replace it since there’s no other mouse in the market that has the 4 macros that I need. HELP is there actually nothing I can do? I even disdabled Vanguard for this

Hello there,
What OS build are you currently using? Have you tried updating its firmware using a different computer? Let me know via PM along with your Viper Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
