Viper ultimate dongle replacement

Dear Razer Support Team,

 

I am the owner of a Razer Viper Ultimate mouse, model RC30-030501

The USB receiver (Model DGDGRFG6) seems to connect/disconnect (pilot error, then ok, then pilot error) so the mouse freezes, then revive, then freezes…. the mouse can only correctly operate when wired in.

Is it possible to get/purchase a replacement USB.?
