Viper Ultimate Dongle stopped working

Bought my Viper Ultimate couple years back. Never had any issues with it before. However, since yesterday I noticed the dongle keeps connecting and disconnecting constantly, and the mouse won’t work. I can see how the Dongle appears and dissapears almost instantly from Connected devices. 

I have tried reseting it, firmware update (won’t work as it does not stay connected), I have tried connecting it to other computers and it does the same. On my Mac also, it says that the Razer device cannot be identified. 
 

All the signs are pointing that the dongle is faulty. My question is, can I get a replacement from Razer?? I am happy to buy one if it solves my problem. 
 

Also, I forgot to register the mouse when I bought it. Therefore I don’t think I’m entitled to any warranty, but I am more than happy to pay for another dongle, if thats my fix. Many thanks in advance
