Viper Ultimate Firmware Not Working

Hello! My Viper Ultimate mouse suddenly stopped working via Bluetooth. I’m on a PC, Windows 11. When I tried to update the firmware, the update would either get stuck at 40%, or fail at the last second. The USB disconnects/reconnects several times.

Here’s what I’ve tried, using both Synapse 4 and Synapse 3 (idk if that matters):

-Checked for recent Windows updates

-Uninstalled/reinstalled all razer programs and drivers

-Used multiple USB ports, mouse on/off on the cord or the dock

-Ran driver cleanup tool

-Enabled advanced Bluetooth recognition

-Ran everything as administrator
