My Viper Ultimate has been draining very fast, and earlier it wouldn’t charge more than 3%. I restarted my PC and it managed to charge, but for whatever reason I am still not able to update the firmware… When I initiate the update when my mouse was charged to 100% it told me it couldn’t locate my region. I turned on my VPN and it will say failed, to reconnect, and it’ll freeze. I have to unplug and reinsert the usb to unfreeze my mouse. Has anyone figured out how to update the firmware?
