First of all, I am not a complainer. However, I own the Viper Ultimate, Black widow V3 Pro, Black shark V2 Pro, and a Kiyo Ultimate. I am a believer in Razer devices. The notion I can only get support with products under warranty is disappointing. I spent my entire career making customers happy and this way, is not a good way to keep customers. Rant Over
I have a Viper Ultimate. I am not sure if I have an issue with the mouse or something else. Here are the symptoms. The mouse tracks fine. Often, I cannot tick on an icon and within programs without turning the mouse off and back on. Off/On solves the problem for a while but I have to rinse and repeat this many times during the day.
I am using Bluetooth with the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma about 2’ away max.
What I have tried:
Updated viper firmware.
Made sure Windows 11 us up to date.
Read everything I can find.
Tested all of the options on the support page.
If anybody has any ideas or have had this issue, please give me a tip or two.
