Recently I upgraded my Razer Synapse to Synapse 3 and then 4 for the beta when I saw it a few minutes later.
Ever since I did that, I noticed that my Viper Ultimate when docked or plugged in to charge would show charging but instead of the battery % going up it slowly starts going down.
I saw a previous post a year ago and tried to firmaware update but it did nothing for me.
I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, idk but like first in the synapse app said charging but after 24 hours was still at 0% after 2 days the mouse was charging but when was reaching 90% was losing battery
+1How long it’ll work? Because either it can be battery issue or just Synapse showing wrong battery status.
