Hi , I’ve been facing this charging issue for a while now.
My Razer Viper Ultimate is charging very slowly & it takes 2-3 days to charge fully. I got the wireless edition & can’t work with it.
Tried using the mouse wired as well. But the battery is being drained during usage. There is no other option to use it. Either I have to charge it fully for couple of days to use it wireless or use it in wired mode until it completely dies.
The charging dock is also not working for some reason.
Tried updating Firmware & Drivers as well. No Luck.

+1It charges slowly even when plugged in directly to the power outlet? Also try using a different cable to charge it.
