I've been using the Viper Ultimate mouse for about a year and it's suddenly not charging via the cable or the docking station.



The mouse still works when the cable is plugged into the mouse. When the cable is not plugged in, the red light flashes indicating low battery.



I saw a similar post around July 6. In reply you offered a private link for a firmware update. Please let me know how to resolve the issue. I appreciate your assistance in advance.

Have you tried cleaning the mouse charging pins by using Q-Tip with 70% isopropyl alcohol? Also, try updating your device's firmware by clicking this link. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should the issue persist. I'll be locking this thread now.
