my razer viper ultimate is not charging, percent does not change, fixed it the first time by updating firmware, when i tried this time did not work because it said my mouse was up to date, is there any other fix for this
Hate to be that guy but I'm having a similar issue. When I first got it, the mouse turned on and was operational. It just refuses to charge. Up to date on firmware and reinstalling the devise itself had no effect on charging. The mouse is dead with no attempt to revive itself. Only the DPI button blinks- nothing else- when attempting to charge it via the dock or direct connection to my computer's powered USB ports.
