Viper ultimate RMB spongey click

Hello I am experiencing a spongey right mouse button click on my razer viper ultimate. After clicking theres a small amount of travel after to bottom the button out. It this produces a nasty rubbing/grinding/creaking plastic sound. I was wondering If I could get this issue looked into and fixed on my mouse please? I have uploaded an audio recording the URL to it is at the bottom of this post. I have noticed other people with the same issue theres a couple of videos of people trying to show it but it's not really something you can see it's just the spongey feeling and this nasty creaking sound you get after hearing the click most noticeable if you press the RMB slowly.     I am having the same problem. Definitely thinking of returning it as my mouse is not even a week old.
